All members are required to log-on at the club to confirm their booking, this can be done 15 minutes either side of the booking time. Logging on automatically confirms your booking.

Members can also book a court at the club, a step by step guide on how will be located with the computer.

Members who paid their subscriptions by internet banking and who have not received a key will need to do so to complete the log-in information.

Your username is your player code and your password is your key number. You’ll be able to see when other people have booked the courts and your bookings. Once you’ve arrived at the court, you’ll need to sign-in to the computer.

If you book the court and do not show without cancelling, after 3 times, you’ll be blocked from using the online booking system for a period of time.

Online Booking Instructions

To book a game On-line

1. Click on: ‘Login’
2. Click on: ‘Username’
3. Enter player code: OTNEXXX.
4. Click on: ‘Password’
5. Enter Password: Gxxx.
6. Click ‘login button’ or press enter key.
7. Click on court time you require.
8. Click on Book ‘Court’
9. *To book more than one (1) court repeat steps 4 to 5.
10. ‘Logout’ to finish

To select an alternate day

1. Click on drop box for the day/date you require.
2. Click: ‘Go’

To Cancel booking

Follow steps 1 to 6 of ‘To book a game On-line’
Click on ‘Your Bookings’
Select booking you wish to cancel.
Click on ‘Cancel’ in Task column.
Click on ‘Cancel Booking’
Log Out
