2010 Subscriptions

New membership forms must be filled out in detail, old keys must be returned or a new key bond ($10.00) is to be charged. Subscriptions must be paid by 1st May unless on a payment plan. Click here to download the membership form.

Payments may be by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Subscriptions may be paid, by arrangement to;

Subscriptions for 2010

Key Bond: $10.00 Applies to new members or lost keys.

Note

All Subscriptions include Squash New Zealand Inc. & Squash Otago Inc. Levies & Affiliation Fees.

Competitive fees include the Interclub team fee.

Student Member – Provide Student Identity card.

Junior Member – Under 19 years of age at the 1st March each season.

Fees can be paid in installments.  If you choose to do this then you will need to arrange it with Phil Watts our treasurer. Phil’s contact numbers are  (03) 473 7746 / 027 220 3313.
